Cake Concepts is a New Zealand owned and operated family business.
-----BEGINNINGS-----
The Cake Concepts story began in November 1999. The company Hasler Fine Cakes (1999) Ltd purchased
an existing bakery and, on this foundation, immediately began to build and grow. Before long, the trading name of
Cake Concepts was well established and the business was living up to this name, by providing innovative concepts in the
cake and dessert industry.

The company has gone from strength
to strength and now enjoys supplying top quality products to many destinations in New Zealand. The company's focus is primarily in the
wholesale sector, where it is a reliable and sought after supplier to restaurants and cafes, hotels and clubs, caterers and distributors.

Cake Concepts also has a solid retail
base having become the first choice for many families. These customers have discovered just the right versatile products
to suit every situation from morning tea to special occasions.
THE BAKERY
-----LOCATION-----
Cake Concepts' premises are in the heart of the North Shore of Auckland at
7b Ascension Place in Mairangi Bay. This location is conveniently close to the motorway.
The bakery is custom-fitted, spacious and user-friendly and holds
an "A" grade certificate for Food Hygiene issued by the North Shore City Council. A factory shop

THE TEAM
-----PEOPLE WHO OFFER PROFESSIONALISM WITH THE PERSONAL TOUCH-----
Vicki, the Managing Director, steers the company with her freshness and enthusiasm. She enjoys the buzz of making new business
contacts and the satisfaction of seeing to the varied requirements of a broad range of customers. In addition she has a passion for the
creative and development side of the organisation. Wayne, the Bakery Manager, has over twenty years experience in the industry.
He sources top quality raw materials, ensures that production is achieved to a high standard and uses his good management
skills to run the bakery efficiently. He is reliably assisted by knowledgeable Pastry Chefs who are eager to work hard and get the job done well.
The Pastry Chefs are able to do what they do best due to the on-going support from the bakery assistants. These include the staff who diligently
take and pack the orders so products arrive in excellent condition, and the talented cake decorator who finishes the unique
special occasion cakes. Upstairs, the office staff conscientiously see to all the necessary paperwork.
