ORDERING AND DELIVERY: RETAIL AND WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

Cake Concepts supplies many businesses around New Zealand so, if you require top quality products to offer your customers, we invite you to get in touch with us and have a chat about the possibilities. We can send you a catalogue containing our wholesale prices and, where practical, arrange for you to receive samples of our products. Through a phonecall we can discuss how best we can fulfil your requirements. Alternatively if you are in the greater Auckland area, we can arrange to visit you at a time that suits or you can come and see us at our bakery.

In addition a factory shop is located in the bakery at 7b Ascension Place on Auckland's North Shore.

Factory shop hours are:
Monday to Friday: 7.00am to 5.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am to 2.00pm
Sunday: 11.00am to 4.00pm
If you want to discuss our making a special occasion cake,
it would be preferable if you could pop in Tuesday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
Please note we are closed on Public Holidays

RETAIL CUSTOMERS

Step 1	Contact Cake Concepts by telephone on 09 478 3041 or come into our factory shop at 7b Ascension Place, Mairangi Bay, North Shore, Auckland (see hours above) to discuss and place your order. (Large orders may require a deposit)
Step 2	Come into the factory shop at the arranged time to collect and pay for your order. Cash, Cheque and Eftpos are accepted.
Note	Whilst Steps 1 and 2 follow the usual and most efficient procedure our aim is to be as flexible as possible so there are some other options

	•••	Under certain circumstances we may be able to accept pre-payment for the product along with an additional charge for delivery, and deliver your order to an agreed destination (usually only in the greater Auckland area). This will only be possible if there is sufficient time for us to receive payment into our bank account, prior to the delivery date, so the more notice the better. Just have a chat to us about the possibilities.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS

If you would like to set up an account with Cake Concepts click to download a
Credit Application and Terms of Trade form.
Just complete and sign this form and send, fax or e-mail it through to us.
Once your account is set up ordering and delivery are 'a piece of cake'!

Note	Regarding ordering and delivery, please note the following
	•••	Simply adhering to order requirements as indicated on our product pages, as well as minimum volumes per order and normal delivery times as shown on our area delivery schedule, will ensure cartage costs are free. If you require a smaller delivery or an urgent delivery, please just contact us to discuss options and charges.
	•••	In the greater Auckland area we do the deliveries early in the morning. It is preferable for you to provide us with a key to your premises, if no-one is available to receive the orders at that time.
	•••	Deliveries are not made on Sundays or certain Public Holidays except under very unusual circumstances. When there are public holildays, the area delivery schedule could be subject to change. This means that certain areas may experience changes in the week around a public holiday. Generally notification will be given.
